Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Returns are accepted on all unopened merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Please send them to Performance Living, PO Box 791523, Paia, HI 96779. A refund will be credited upon receipt of your product.

If you would like to return opened merchandise, please email us at contact@nano-greens.com prior to returning your opened canister. Include the reason/problem you are having with the product so that we may determine the best address for your opened product to be shipped to.

We ship from two convenient locations!

Products for our Hawaii, and Asian customers will ship from Hawaii. Products for all other areas (including Canada, Mexico and Europe) will ship from the US Mainland. This will insure you the FASTEST DELIVERY TIME and the BEST POSSIBLE RATES. If you are a US Mainland customer, please be sure and check the correct territory before placing your items in your cart.

All orders received by 5:00 pm will be processed, packed and ready for shipping the next business day. In many cases, orders will ship the same day you place your order. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

  • USPS International Express Mail (US Postal Service)...used for all international orders
  • United Parcel Service...2nd Day Air (US Mainland Customers)
